Instead of sunflower oil which oil could be used as emulsifier

Instead of sunflower oil which oil could be used as emulsifier please give a valid reason also

   @Mary1 Sunflower oil is a triglyceride , a liquid fatty matter its not an emulsifier. Please clarify your question and your intentions..

   depending on need and requirement, you can use most of oil to make emulsifiers such as palm based, non palm based
