Now I’m pursuing M.SC FOOD TECHNOLOGY we want to develop a product we have to choose a fruit flake for our products development we want to prepare fruit flakes with out corn can any one gives the processing technology about it .

You should think and understand what a fruit flake is and know how its made…Your food science library and web is your best friend for such information .
Its a graduate school work, you should develop the initiative of independent thinking and resourcefulness as that will develops your mind for methodical research work which will be valuable for your career in the future.
