Anti thickening agent for payasam using rice ada

while retorting the payasam using rice ada, the product is getting thickened which will be not consumer acceptable . is there any additive for anti thickening…

    , if you can show the recipe,and method of preparation specific to your problem, maybe we can think of a way how to reduce that thickening effect..

    If this is available in dry mix ready to cook format with a good shelf life currently, why would someone go for this cooked product.
