Seasoning color

you can enhance that with little liquid caramel coloring..Then compare the resulting color by comparative colorimetric means ...

Have used liquid Caramel E150d but I am not getting the desired results

If you had the ingredient composition of yiur benchmsrk then reformulate it accordingly...If it has brown sugar then use darker brown sugar finish it with darker powdered or liquid caramel. R&D work is knowledgeable work with combined common sense and persistence until you get it right..
I presume you just did trials with not much thought but just literallydoing things trial and error.
If at the end you still cant duolicate it in color exactness, in spice or seasoning mixes, the flavor or taste is more important than the appearance if you were able to get it identically..
