Ingredients to be used for low GI bread

The cost of the product is one of the main concerns. We try to develop a bread which could be sold at a price where normal local wheat bread price stands.

    Low Gi bread example for mr,means using fibrous cereal ( Whole wheat or wholemeal),,chickpeaflour,vital.wheat gluten.fat, salt water.
