    You are using the guar gum solution as a glue to stick salt particles on, aren't you?

    Yes . I'm adding it to water having temperature 80c.

    For this application arabic gum might work better. Or have a mixture of guar gum and xanthan gum. There is a problem with shear thinning when it comes to guar gum. :slight smile:
