A cereal is any edible components of the grain (botanically, a type of fruit called a caryopsis) of cultivated grass, composed of the endosperm, germ, and bran. Cereal grains are grown in greater quantities and provide more food energy worldwide than any other type of crop and are therefore staple crops such as buckwheatt (Polygonaceae). For the assurance of future food security, there raise a need to come up with appropriate means that is both cereal grain friendly and farmers friendly. Many scientists have tried to identify some methods to reduce pest infestation but majority have not concentrated to implement the best alternatives to their side effects. The main objective of my research is to come up with biological methods of cereal preservation that targets both the farmers concerning their health, grain’s yield and future market as well as students and researchers in their study and research work. This study will involve first pre-study to small scale farming regions and will extend to large scale farming regions. The data will be collected through administering questionnaires to the farmers and collect their views concerning the modern and traditionalpreservation techniques. The data collected will be analyzed by the use of SPSS tool and the results be noted.
