Hii all i want to use rancid almonds, where can i use because i have 5tone rancid material and i don’t want to discard there is lots of money invested
Generally Rancid nuts had poor sensory characteristics and is not worth using as food raw materials as uts off taste can be carried into the manufactured product…Its good as worthless …
Maybe you can try contacting feedmills and ask. if they can use it for their purpose…
