Cup noodles shelf life

Dry foods typically have an unlimited shelf life.

The reason for the use by is to help the shop keeper rotate stock on their shelves

You can have it for 15 months, this is also based on the type of packaging material been used

It all depends on your recipe.

You need to take care on the following:
Moisture content of Noodles should be less, around 2%.
Fryer Oil quality should be properly maintained.
Packaging Material should have good barrier properties; Water vapour transmission rate and Gas transmission rate of packaging material should be less.
Sealing of the cup should be proper.

Generally, most cup noodles have a shelf life of about 8-12 months

Choose high-quality ingredients with good shelf stability.
Use vaccum sealed packaging and ensure zero oxygen presence in the pack.
Ensure minimum presence of microorganism and products should be under dehydration conditions and properly cooked.
