Increasing yield of cheese, then you fortify your liquid milk with skin milk powder.
To reduce porosity try looking about "cheddaring "

If your milk has limited milk solids ,you cannot increase the cheese yield ,assuming your process is already optimized …
Unless you resort to adulteration with other ingredients …
