We are looking to open a lab for Application trials purposes only.
I was finalizing on the list of equipment that we need and was told that a lab-scale Stephan is required for different types of emulsion cooking. The issue is, the machine might be slightly out of budget, so I am looking for alternatives.
Just curious, whether they do achieve a similar result, because it looks like they do the exact same thing.
Any help on this topic would be highly appreciated!
Stephani vcm lab version is highly efficient in mixing, cutting grinding of solids, powders, granules even liquid .The maximum speed is 3000 Rpm…I don’t know it that satisfies your needs
it has a jacketed kettle or bowl with option for mixing under partial vacuum.
Its a German made machine and expensive…
As I said zi have no experience with the robocoupe…Reading about its manual which should be available in the web would help you " size out " if its suited for your needs.
