Hi all,
I am very new to the food tech scene. I am looking for any advice on anything I should look in to or learn. I have been a food technologist for a month and some things are obvious but thigs like lab testing and building taccp/vaccp systems for example is going over my head.
What would you tell a new food technologist to help them in their career?

You need to read more on the topic that you had difficulty in understanding. Read with focus and purpose to learn more.
read blogs, visit events, join forums… try to fully emerge yourself in the food industry.
