Sure, It is manufactured by enzymatic hydrolysis from natural starch, stimulates growth of bifidobacteria and inhibits activity of harmful bacteria in the colon, establishing a healthy intestinal microbiome.

It is a lowcalorie sweetener and a prebiotic fiber that confer health benefits to the consumer by modulation of gut microbiota.

Isomalt is crystalline sugar alternative about half as sweet as sucrose and useful in confectionery work like sugar showpieces…It can added to chocolate formulation as well…
