The Good Food Institute’s competitive research grant Request for Proposals has just launched! This year we are focusing exclusively on proposals that enable progress toward whole-cut meat alternative products.
We’ve seen tremendous traction in recent years on minced meat or ground meat products, but leading-edge innovation is still desperately needed to make progress toward whole cuts, which account for a huge fraction of the total value of the meat industry.
