CIP in peanut butter manufacturing

Is there any one have an experiement in producing peanut butter.
I wonder to know what additives must be add to protect the butter from deterioration and what the proper method and material that must use to do CIP for the equipments?


i have some experience. No need any additive, if you use quality ingredients and suitable packing material peanut butter would be stable min. 1 year.

Our top selling Peanut Butter in South Africa uses E471 Distilled Mono and Diglycerides as a stabilizer and emulsifer.They still use glass containers, with tamper proof steel lids
