Hi Guys, Just a quick question about TSPP. We source an ingredient called tetrasodium pyrophosphate decahydrate, whose formulation is Na4P2O7 · 10 (H2O) and it's the hydrated form of TSPP. Could I ask would it perform weaker than the anhydrous TSPP in terms of the buffering, chelating ability with the extra 10 parts of H2O in the formulation? Thanks.
