regulations of Fruit juices and nectars in most middle East countries follow CODEX. I read the CXS stand 247 and it only mentions flavours from same kind of fruit.
But what do you think about the nature identical flavours? Can they be used?
Also I see some products in market contain beta carotene..is Nat color allowed? Or maybe it is being used as source of vit..
