Quality works if any company can express the quality knowledge for each employee. It is not only quality departmant responsibility.

Quality key is when a company comes up with a quality policy and company departments work as a team for the achievement of their quality policy. Quality is not only the responsibility of the quality department and they continually improve their quality system
