kindly suggest me novel techniques/technology which have no side effects and can be apply for fruit (i.e. citrus etc) juices preservation.

If you don’t have access to HPP you could try natamycin or DMDC.
DMDC stands for ?

Hello Mohammed. If you are making carbonated soft drinks, CO2 will provide the protection you want. For oranges and the like, you can get the result if you set the volume to 3 on the bottle.
