Clause (8.5.1.5.3) the CAR could be creating a procedure to describe expected seasonal changes and how to control them, or you could add it in the context of the organization in SWOT Analysis as threats and how to control it

Clause (9.1.2) you can add these topics in the monthly food safety team meeting
