That looks like stratification of coarser particles…
Passing through a homogenizer would minimze that’s as particle size will become less heterogeneous…

These are not particles, but after storing for a few days, the original juice separates from the water. Shaking the bottle then mixes the water and juice together.

If thats passed througjh a homoginzer it will reduce the tendency of separation.
