I was wondering about machines that can extrude and cuts doughs into different shapes and sizes balls pcs cylinder bars shapes
Is it the normal dough dividers that is used in bakery? Or does it require certain type of machain?
I’m referring here into the low budget machines that can make low quantity a batch 5 to 15 kg of doughs made from such
Dates pastes
Protein and milk powders
Nuts flours and millet flours
Nuts pcs chocolate paste
Dough texture is thick heavy
