Can we use zink gluconate in beverage for fortification?

This also raise a question as to whether the food manufacturers label the salt type that they use in the food products, like zinc gluconate, zinc sulfate, zinc citrate etc, as the ‘chemical form’ might affect the absorption of other minerals as well.
