What should smell of liquid pasteurized eggs?

This is fine.
Please how the pasteurized eggs smell should be like?
I mean what is good smell? characteristic smell? Bad smell? Spoiled eggs smell?

I think it should smell just like fresh eggs, no bad smell.


But i need standard of smell for quality analysis of liquid eggs.

Quality analysis of this highly perishable material should start with enumerating microbial population. IF it’s within standards, it means it’s not spoiled, then they typical eggy smell should be noticeable…


you can make your own descrptors list by tasting the product in different stages of the shelf life. Compare your samples at the same time and surely you’ll find out differences. Combine it with google research to find out the rigt words to describe them.
