What ingredient can add to the crunchiness of dried fruit/vegetable cubes?
some flours and / or starch then oven them.
Crunchiness is a function of low moisture .For dried vegetables or dehydrated simply by drying in hot air dehydrator once most of the moisture is removed the dehydrated vegetables become crunchy.
corn starch is a great way to add an extra bit of crunch. Or just method of cooking… we think air fryers do a great job of this too!
