Hello Everyone …I need your innovative Suggestions for Soybean by Products/ Soy based nutritious products.
Soyabean is a widely exploited and utilized product ever since.I don’t see any new developments in this area.In fact food scientists are focusing on other legumes like peas, faba beans, etc to develop value added products like fir example pea protein concentrate and isolate,peafiber,etc.
