Many kinds of soymilk based desserts, frozen curds, various flavor based soft gel types are all available in the market- However these are not with the typical yoghurt taste (never named as yoghurt too), but a curd out of soymilk with its own specific taste highly appreciated by the Asian consumers.
Slight acidic tinge imparted by GDL, if otherwise other calcium salts used for the curd preparation.
