Hi everyone please let me know how to do polishing of sugar coated dragee using wax lined pan. How to apply wax on coating pan and what is the ratio of carnauba wax and bees wax thanks. Is there any cloth we have to use it to fix wax mixture on coating pan wall?

50 g powder wax / 100 kg dragee ( example almond ) enough. But of course it depends all products total surface area. No need cloth.
