PH of Non-dairy whipping cream

What is the optimum PH level of Non-dairy whipping cream.

  1. Raw cream
  2. After processed i.e., whipping cream.

For non dairy product you always want to make it as close as possible to dairy product, otherwise people will always go back to the dairy one.

It’s important to make products that will make people argue it’s dairy or not.

For whipped cream, it’s basicly just cream with sugar and vanilla.
