What is the target market for your new product? Will it be something like a deep fried onion ring or a fresh onion ring to compete against freshly sliced onions?

Hi i want chopped onions then mixed it with flour and starch than formed. Breading frying and freezing if may be package to pack and sell it like potatoes chips

Hi i mean fresh onion choped than mixed with flour and starch than formed battering breading frying deep than freeze it my target 300 kg per hour now
