It is safe. Warning is a default because the software is not registered on Apple side.

Please go setting then privacy and allow the software once then open it again.

Hello, developer here! Seems like, while I was developing this application a year ago, the database that Mr Ufuk provided me was shut down. That’s why my application is giving this error. Thank you for your understanding.
