Which different ingredient should I add in multigrain cookie mix?
You add soaked multigrsin, like rolled oats, kibble wheat and rye,wheat geem, barley flakes, Rice flakes flaxseed, soybean grits ,nuts etc…

BTW…Many cookie dough are have low moisture like wire cut, rotary molded ,deposited .
Be sure to drain well your presoaked grains.
In many cases those grains are added dry but in granular particle form ,not in coarse or even bigger kernels
You can chop those coarse sizes in food processor if you want to add it dry .Nuts are less critical, you use it whole as topping or coarse bits in the cookie dough.
