Latest GSO Standards for Milk and Milk Products

On May 11th 2023, the GSO updated the standards concerning the requirements that must be met in the following milk and milk product categories:

  1. UHT and UHT flavored milk
  2. Sterilized milk
  3. Fermented milk heat-treated after fermentation
  4. Yogurt
  5. Butter
