If CBD/THC content is in oil based then how can it diluted with any carbonated water based formulation?
Your drink should require an emulsifier then to stabilise the resulting oil in water emulsion. Trying out little quantities won’t be harmful
Maybe by making a nanoemulsion with CBD/THC
