If someone ask about your strength in fundamental chemistry and maths, what would be your answers? Relate answer to food processing and chemistry.

It should be above average as those subjects are of paramount importance in food science and technology. If you are weak In those subjects then your abilities don’t belong to this curriculum.
If you are good in food processing but poor in science I fundamentals then you are no different to a cook that knows how to prepare food but does not understand the science behind it

You are asking a question you can barely understand ,then how you comprehend if you are given a direct answer…?If you are poor in math and Chemistry then how can you write reaction mechanism and solve the math behind it ?
