Commonly used software applications for food scientists

What are the go-to software applications for food scientists/product developers, especially in terms of supporting reformulation/formulation work? Is it just Microsoft Excel? I come from an engineering background and the go-to was AutoDesk. Trying to understand if there’s an AutoDesk equivalent for food science.

There are third party software for statistical and data analysis like for Design of experiments like Stat ease design expert , SAS JMP, Minitab etc.
There is also Genesis for reformulation and nutrition facts calculator.
There are other software for multivariate analysis of DATA like principal component analysis etc.
