postedPraline to my experience are filled chocolate like truffles Praline is also the name of a confection made from nuts, sugar and chocolate. So if you mean white praline it means it does not contain cocoa solids but just fat ,sugar, and nuts ..or if used as filling it can contain cream.,liqueur, syrups etc
