postedInulin and or palatinit. You must still add a little sweetener with. You need the bulking property of sugar as well as a sweetener to compensate for loss of sugar sweetness.

postedYou can try mixing arrowroot powder and stevia into the mix. it would increase the elasticity of the candy.
