postedThey are toxic when you eat too much amount of them because of the amygdaline content of them. I know this from my Toxicology class.

postedYou can do debitterization of these seeds by ultrasonic waves. It would significantly reduce amygdalin.

postedyes dried, powdered or whole. It tastes like as almond but a little bitter.
Also they are coated with chocolate, sugar or chocolate + sugar and made dragees as almond dragees. A cheap version of almond dragees :slight_smile:
