There are conversion apps in the web if you search for it.
But you can do it the conventional way..Try to thibk and understand first whats is grams per liter and percentage..Then use arithmetic to get your values..

You should be able to do it if you just cate to think instead of waiting to be spoon fed.

I am not talking about 1.25% ... Anyway was looking for a factor. I was relating it to a local standard.
