You may try some free courses by vetting through the COURSERA or futurelearn website. I am sure you will get to do a good online course for free.
Regarding internship, you already said that FPD is your area, so look out for companies near your area who work on PD and go for it.

Do internship in R&D department of food industry

For that internship, you should be familiar first with R& D tools ,such Design of Experiments and Research methodology.
IIRC coursera and Udemy offered such short online courses.
