I'm developing an oat milk but I'm facing problems wrt foaming and application. It gets bitter when mixed with coffee. Is there a method to prevent this or additives to prevent this?

Try boiling in 0.1 to 1% solution of NaHCO3 (baking soda) your oat mixture to neutralize bitter principle and deactivate lipase and other enzymes.
