I am dedicated and persistent in everything I like to do, being communicative and active with everyone and in my work activities. In my university course, I did an exchange at ISARA University in Lyon, France, where I had my first professional experiences in the area of meat and dairy companies. In Brazil, I developed activities in the industrial laboratory of the BRF oil and margarine factory in Paranaguá. I have already acted as technical manager and completed a master’s degree in food engineering at UFPR in extractions of essential oils and plant extracts aiming at the composition and its benefits (antioxidant and antimicrobial activity) and also performed postgraduate studies in production engineering lean 6 sigmas at PUCPR.
