you can not calculate it.
You need to analyse it, contact with a lab.

postedI support the recommendation you received to send to the lab for analysis.
However, there are some rules of thumbs:
If the source of cholesterol is dairy, then for each 1 gr of dairy fat, there are 3 mg of cholesterol. There are other factors for different anial sources of fat, check the literature.
