yes, it is premix powder, So milk is in the form of milk powder; While at the time of making it , Only hot water added, each 100ml hot water containers 20g premix

Hello my friend. You can achieve the result and consistency you want by mixing 0.001% guar gum or adding different amounts of guar gum. It will be more delicious in taste and will protect your product against moisture while in powder form. I tried the same guar gum for terebinth coffee with powdered milk. I achieved a good result.

Hi friend, I also worked on tea and coffee premix, for tea i used around 0.01 - 0.025 gm per 100 gm.
You can do your trial and add according to your desirability.
