You should conduct background or information research about using fish protein concentrate as protein fortification in tortilla chips.
You should check the feasibility if such snack item can be fortified by any protein matter.
Go to your library or search the web about protein fortification of snack foods .....
Study also how to make Fish protein concentrate and see how to apply it to Pick axe barracuda or Sphyaerena jello.
