What kind of spoilage are you talking about.
Please explain about it..
Further ,What's specific flsvor are you adding to that water ?
Chris Williams reply
postedYes, anytime you add an ingredient and the product is exposed to the environment there is potential to introduce spoilage microorganisms, from the environment. Typically, sparkling waters are made by mixing the water and flavor, filling/carbonating the can (or bottle), sealing the can (or bottle), and then processing with heat via tunnel pasteurization. The pasteurization step kills any microorganisms that may be inside the package and allows the product to remain shelf stable. These products do not usually contain chemical preservatives (in the US) because the pasteurization step is sufficient to prevent microbial growth.
