A third party audit may be an option. Please contact SGS. This is an organisation that specialises in this area.

I agree with Idris and It depends also on the certification you may need BRC IFTS OR ISO. you have to find a local audit company and maybe an advisor to fill documents and to organize procedures and tasks.
