I am developing vegan instant pancake mix to replace egg I use tapioca starch and replace dairy milk powder I use soy bean milk powder but the problem I face that it do not cook from inside and texture is not smooth . Please someone help me to resolve this problem.
There are many recipes of vegan pancakes mix in the web use it instead of playing with your own creation.
I am not playing with my creation I am developing a food product so, I face problems in developing its common.

Hi Beenisha, I also worked on vegan pancakes, for cooking always cook on sim ( low flame ) otherwise it will cook sooner from outside and remain uncooked from inside, for texture improve use Millet based or pulses based flour or combination of both.

And always take care of water ratio, if water is in less amount then after cooking pancake will stick in mouth
