Utilization of the seeds of the fruit of Amlok or Date-plum?

I am curious if there is any possible utilization of the seeds of the fruit of Amlok or Date-plum (Diospyros Lotus). Does anyone know or has anyone tried to utilize its seeds?

have you tried including in a functional drink. Have you tested the AO capacity of these seeds. those might help to proceed further.
